           GYM TRAINING

 

  Facilities  based at Vauxhalls, Ellesmere Port they have everything you need to get you in the best shape of your life. With Precor cardio and resistance kit, freeweights area, power plates, studio space  we have enough kit to keep your workouts fun and motivating. Whether it be one to one sessions or with friends we can cater for anything.

            HOME TRAINING 
 
 Having a wide range of mobile equipment  means we can bring your training to you in the comfort of your living room or garden. We have boxing, kettlebells and resistance bands to name but a few that will certainly help you get that heartrate up and smash those goals.

           ONLINE TRAINING
 

No matter where you are if you like what you see and want us to work with you not a problem we can design programmes and nutrition plans via email and offer daily/weekly support through skype or facetime. 

           JUNIOR TRAINING
 

Having been trained by the National Academy of Medicine and recieved my junior athletic conditioning certificate I can help 12years + maintain their fitness or train for a specific sport. Making the workout fun and coaching at a young age instills the importance of health and fitness into the childs mind and educating them correctly will reduce injuiries and motivate them to stick at it for years to come. 

 

                     BOOT CAMP           

 

Seasonal boot camps, varying themes to keep you motivated. Meet like minded people that will help to motivate and make the sessions enjoyable. Check out our boot camp page for more details on when and where.

Beginners 12 week running courses 

LH Fitness is working with "The Outdoor Girl" in 2016 coaching and motivating ladies to achieve success in their first 5k run. So went to learn the in's and out's of running, increase your fitness and meet like minded people
